1. General Rules

7u7u7 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online gaming and casino platform serving users in Bangladesh. By accessing this website, registering, or using any of our services, you fully agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Account Registration

• An active and valid phone number — Bangladeshi numbers only.
• A valid email address.
• A strong password — at least 8 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters and a number.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

7u7u7 will never ask for your password via email or message. If you receive any such message, treat it as fraudulent and report it to us.

3. Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. If identity verification is requested at any time, you are required to submit the necessary documents (national ID, passport, or birth certificate).

3.1 KYC Process

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, the following documents may be requested:

• Government-issued ID (national ID or passport).
• Proof of current address (recent bank statement or utility bill).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

• The platform never charges any fees on transactions; however, your payment provider may charge separate fees.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for gaming.

• Any attempt to collect bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.

6.1 Game Operation

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Players can advance to higher tiers based on active participation on the platform. Each cashback offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of joining the program.

8. Responsible Gaming
